Pharmacist Anni Svala started as Tamro’s Quality Director on 9 December 2019. Before transferring to Tamro, Svala was the Head of Regulatory Affairs at Biocodex Nordics, a pharmaceutical company.
During her career, Anni Svala has worked in various sectors of the pharmaceutical industry. Her expertise focuses especially on the quality of medicinal products from the viewpoint of good distribution practices, and she has held responsible managerial positions in several pharmaceutical companies. She also has several years of work experience of tasks related to marketing authorisations.
Lobbying and advocacy work in the field of pharmacy are close to Svala’s heart. At the moment, Svala participates in the work of the European Industrial Pharmacists Group (EIPG), among others.
