The operating environment of the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector is evolving rapidly due to factors such as regulatory changes, developments in market structures and the expansion of service offerings. To strengthen its future-oriented operations and respond to the current and future needs of its customers, Tamro has updated the composition of its Executive Management Team as of 7 April 2026. Three new members have been appointed to the team.
- Mika Mustalampi has been appointed Director, Pharma Commercial Services. Mustalampi has worked in Tamro’s finance organization since 2019. Prior to joining Tamro, he held senior financial management positions in various pharmaceutical industry organizations.
- Jori Pisilä has been appointed Director, Healthcare Sales & Commercial Operations. Pisilä returns to Tamro after two years in sales leadership roles at a pharmaceutical company. Before that, he worked at Tamro for ten years.
- Petri Mouhu has been appointed Chief Digital and Information Officer. In recent years, Mouhu has been responsible for Tamro’s Data & Digital business. Previously, he has worked within the PHOENIX Group, Tamro’s parent company, as well as within the Tamro Group.

Going forward, Heikki Koski will focus fully on his role as CEO of Tamro’s subsidiary Medaffcon and on driving the company’s international growth.
